How to share a complaint

Homeowners who contact Hydrixapp Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. Please tell us when your experience falls short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Concerns We Want to Hear

You can raise concerns about:

• The handling of your phone inquiry or message to Hydrixapp Garage Doors
• Our use of your personal information
• Website content that is confusing or incorrect
• Conduct by a provider we referred you to

Concerns About Door Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with completed work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of your discussions.

Please share the concern with us too. Your feedback helps us address honesty within the network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Hydrixapp Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund provider work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Information to Send

Email your complaint to contact@hydrixapp.help. Include:

• Your name and contact information
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number dialed or form submitted, if known
• The provider's name, if available
• A description of the issue and the outcome you seek

After Your Email Arrives

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then examine the issue and may contact the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any steps we are taking.

Asking for Further Review

If our response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, the state licensing board may offer help as well.
